STM Cavalier Baseball is hosting its 4th annual Winter Youth Clinic for grades 1-8 on January 2 & 3. Capacity is limited so sign up soon! Hoping some of our alumni playing college ball will be in town to help as well. Should be a fun couple days of offseason baseball training!
Huge shoutout to Cavalier senior Alex Lininger on recently earning his Eagle Scout status. Not only tough on the mound but also a resilient leader & an overall terrific young man. CavNation is proud of your hard work Alex…keep making us proud!
Congrats @JR0d_3, all your hard work paying off!
I’m am very excited and honored to announce that I will be committing to Illinois Valley CC to continue my athletic and academic career. I want to thank God, my family, and all the coaches who have helped me along the journey. I also want to thank @NickHarsted and @PriceHaydon for giving me this opportunity. GO EAGLES!! 🟣🟣
Road trip to see @AlivoKyle do his thing at Field of Dreams in Iowa. 3K in 2IP on mound & a defensive play later at 2B that might be on ESPN plays off the day later tonight. Way to keep making CavNation proud kid!
Kid has big time power but also a selective approach at plate w/high OBP. Led Cavs in doubles (12), HR (2), & second in RBIs (33) last season. Very advanced defender as well…more big things coming from @CarsonWeist this upcoming spring!
Don’t sleep on this kid. Lives & breathes baseball, complete gym rat. Consistently attacks the baseball, CavNation pretty excited about @JR0d_3 senior year!
OF Jackson Rodriguez (St. Thomas More, 2027) with a loud 2B down the right field line.
Strong 5-foot-6, 159-pound frame with present bat-to-ball traits.
Finished 2-for-4 with a 2B.

Kyle Alivo, RHP | Iowa
The two-way sophomore is showing breakout potential on the mound with a mid-90s fastball topping 99 mph and a broad arsenal of secondary pitches. "The raw ingredients of an early-round arm are already evident," writes BA's Jacob Rudner.
