As a former large Group (formatted classes) instructor I found ‘easy cues’ gave a feeling of “safeness” since proper individual coaching was not an option (corrective exercises, appropriate weight/reps, etc...) I don’t work in that environment any more. ;) – at Plano, IL
Squat depth matters for building a capable body. Why are some people still being told that squatting to parallel or lower is "bad for their knees"? I get it- not everyone has the genetic hip (etc.) structure to get there but a lot of people do.
Reminder: broscience is not real science. -No evidence a ketogenic diet reduces cancer risk. -Pound of butter in coffee NOT good for heart. -Polyphasic sleeping (wtf?!) not restful. Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants. Move your body often, sometimes hard. Sleep at night.

Get help with movement. Live a better life!
Do you recognize the signs of poor squat form? Your glutes, core, quads and body mechanics may need a refresher if you find yourself pushing yourself up from your chair or table with one or both hands. bit.ly/2Ef7Y2k #30pttips30days #squat #getup

#100swingsaday Monday grind. Contrast training FTW with deadlifts / swings. Followed by DL pulls and squats. Followed by strict military presses. Followed by any hip hinged ballistic movement up to 100 to finish... facebook.com/290188807739193…
