Another distraction has arrived. A new 5TB hard drive for all my photography. It's a hobby. The only one that has lasted for over 30 years. I don't know what I'm doing, all I know is that I love it. A tip for getting into the learning zone: The biggest mug of TEA you can get your hands on. Yep, not a coffee drinker! Which is unusual in the creative industries. What's your poison when you need to get into the learning zone?

Tell me a story… What part of your story would you want to be stored forever in a historical context for all to read? And I mean more than links to your social accounts. What if you had the opportunity to write a piece that existed in a museum, a physical place, for future generations to read? I’m all ears!

What tools do you use to unfollow inactive accounts on here? There seems to be a few free tools that will be quicker than me doing it manually. Any recommendations?

One of the downsides of working in the creative industries? When you're building or working on cool stuff But you can't tell anyone about said stuff So it looks like you're not doing stuff Shout out to those working on awesome stuff today but can't tell anyone about it. Now go and finish that thing so you can shout about it… (NDA pending of course) PS Release some of that pent-up excitement in the comments but don't give too much away that will get you into trouble! GIFs and memes are welcomed

Treat Wednesday! It's not often I find somewhere that sells gluten free cakes...so when I do, I eat one. Pistachio and orange cake with Peony tea (yes the flowers). How do you treat 'yo self? I hope you do, it's important for your sanity!

Too much pressure is put onto creatives to have an amazing idea from the offset. Make sure that thinking, research and exploration time is included in the project plan. It will increase the chances of getting to that perfect solution that answers the brief.

Are you working on a creative project? Start with chaos - Research - Random Ideas - Exploration - Creative Thinking Activities Especially when they have nothing to do with the topic of the brief. You need to come off the beaten path that everyone else is following. THEN Organise it - Develop ideas to answer the brief - Project Scoping - Resources - Target the solution I could add so much more! What would you add?

How many hats are you wearing today? Let’s face it, most of us are stacking them up. Not real ones, the job role ones. Growing 2 businesses is exciting. But the to do list is long. What hats are you wearing right now?
