Chelsea will never become serious title contenders if we keep relying on key individuals to make the system work.
Alonso needs to build a team that can control games even without key players
A title-winning team needs a system, not a single point of failure

Chelsea’s biggest problem now isn’t the lack of talents and players.
It’s Xabi Alonso’s inability to adapt when his original game plan isn’t working.
Losing João Pedro shouldn’t mean we forget how to attack.
Estêvão deserves more minutes, and Alonso must learn to make bold changes before it’s too late.
The squad is good to some extent.

Now that Palmer isn’t available for the Carabao Cup game against Liverpool, it’s going to be a huge blow for us. But I think Estevão can fill the gap, or Morgan Rogers could play as the No. 10. It’s going to be a very difficult selection for Xabi Alonso, but I believe he’ll figure it out. Personally, I want Estevão to start that game as our no 10 😮💨💙

😏 Florian Wirtz insists he 'couldn't care less' about the criticism he faces as he sent a message to his critics, and made an honest admission about his form this season.
🗣️ "I don’t pay any attention to it at all. I really couldn’t care less what anyone has to say about me. So, everyone is welcome to talk about me. I simply play football because I enjoy it. Of course, I want to be successful.
🗣️ "Maybe I'm just an interesting guy, you know? No, I just play my football. If people want to talk about me or judge me, that's their job. I'm not focusing on that. I just want to play football and more I cannot do.
🗣️ "I think many things weren't so good in the last month so I'm even happier that it's going well at the moment. It's really enjoyable... We are in a good way to get where we want to be. We should keep going like that and I'm really happy about that.”
