“Under NY’s court-drawn map, almost one in five seats are competitive — highest percentage in the country for a large state. Had the map passed by the Democratic-controlled legislature remained in place, no districts would have been competitive.” brennancenter.org/our-work/a…

If you need one reason to go to the polls next week, this is the one. We need an AG in NY that is committed to putting violent criminals in jail.
@sarithaforny is by far the most capable and experienced crime fighter.
A 39-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at knife point in Central Park last night. At 8:30 p.m.
This comes just one week after a 32-year-old woman who was biking through the park—and stopped to pick up earbuds that had fallen—was ambushed by three men and punched in the head.
Violence against women has surged under Letitia James — up 41% in NYC — making us all less safe and less free. Women now worry about riding the train home from work, taking a jog in the park, and walking around their own neighborhoods at night.
It’s time for a change at AG.

This revelation is yet another embarrassment for our state coming from Letitia James. The Attorney General’s office is supposed to be the chief law enforcement office in the state and has more than 700 attorneys. The fact that they can’t investigate a sexual assault case with the resources they have shows Letitia James is not running a serious office. And New York taxpayers will be forced to pay millions of dollars to outside attorneys because of it.
It’s time for a change at Attorney General and on November 3rd we’ll make one.

People keep asking me: can Republicans actually win statewide in New York?
Yes, and here's the math.
About 30% of the vote comes from New York City, 26% from the suburbs, and 44% from upstate. To win, our ticket needs roughly:
- 1 in 3 votes in the five boroughs
- 56% in the suburbs: Long Island, Westchester, Rockland
- 60% upstate
In 2022, Lee Zeldin got about 30% in the city, 53% in the suburbs and 55% upstate, and came within 6 points. We need about 3 more points statewide.
Where we are: the polls say we're behind. Don’t believe them. They said the same thing in 2022. In October 2022, Siena had Zeldin at 41% to Hochul's 52%. On Election Day, he beat that poll by 3 points.
This message is for everyone who thinks New York is headed in the wrong direction and needs new leadership:
Early voting starts TODAY and runs through Sunday, November 1. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.
Get out and vote. Then take 5 friends with you.
Vote like the future of New York depends on it. Because it does.

France is burning over debt. New York is next.
Imagine someone opened a credit card in your name without telling you, then maxed it out to 99% of the limit.
You'd be furious. You'd call the police.
Well, your New York politicians have been doing exactly that.
Our State Constitution requires voters to approve when the State takes on debt. Smart, right?
But the politicians found a back door.
They created public authorities that borrow without your vote, without your knowledge. It's identity-theft borrowing, except we elected them.
New York now owes $217 billion. Only $2.3 billion of it was ever approved by voters. That means 99% of the debt in your name was never put to a vote.
It's time for this to stop, or we'll burn like France.
When a government can't afford its debt, it can't afford the basics: police, schools, transit. That's dangerous.
No new backdoor debt. No more exclusions written by politicians. Unless the voters vote.
Bring new leadership to Albany this November, before New York can't recover.

In New York, Democrats control the governor’s office and both chambers of the state legislature; with Mayor Zohran Mamdani and the Democratic Socialists pushing us further left, we need a governor willing to challenge that agenda.

Corruption thrives when nobody is watching, and illicit money flows when nobody is asking questions.
As your Comptroller, I’ll follow the money, expose corruption, and demand accountability. New Yorkers deserve a watchdog who isn’t afraid to ask tough questions or uncover the truth.
No more looking the other way.

The single most impactful thing we can do to make NY safer and more livable is to elect a prosecutor who is committed to fighting crime.
The @NYPDPC is great, but they can’t do their job when the criminals are released back on the streets.

Good interview by Llamas. Disastrous responses from El-Sayed. El-Sayed is not trustworthy and if he somehow gets elected it will get much, much worse as he will use the position and the protection it brings to deceive innocents and distort America’s national security interests.

It is an honor to have the endorsement of the former NYPD Commissioner, Ray Kelly.
Kelly was the longest longest-serving Police Commissioner in New York City history, serving under Mayors David Dinkins and Michael Bloomberg.
From the election of Mayor Mamdani to the political riots in France to the senatorial candidacy of El-Sayed, the ugly political alliance of radical socialists and radical Islamists ongoing takeover of political parties is a threat to Western Democracies and their national security. As a US senator, El-Sayed would not only pose a threat to American national security because he blatantly lied about, rather than disclaim, his family’s deep ties to the radical Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, but with his talent for dissembling, like Obama, upon election to the Senate, he would be a leading candidate for his party’s presidential nomination.

Your power bill has exploded under @KathyHochul.
Since 2021, delivery charges on the average NYC Con Ed bill are up 40%. That's $37 more every month.
The electricity you actually use?
Just 35% of your bill.
The other 65% is delivery, surcharges, mandates and taxes.
NYSERDA sits on $2 billion in unspent ratepayer money.
@TomDiNapoli’s own audit found its electric efficiency programs hit just 33% of their goal. He wrote a report. Your bill kept climbing.
As Comptroller, I'll audit every ratepayer dollar, demand unspent surcharges be returned to you, and publish every state charge on your bill.
It's your money. I will get it back.
