I FOUND A TESLA CYBERCAB! 👀 While in Florida, I went hunting for Tesla’s vision of a driverless future. No steering wheel. No pedals. Just the Cybercab. But how close are we really to seeing these become part of everyday life? My video link is in the first comment. Enjoy!

Dilemma for my sleep tonight as the other half took a long drive with family up to Aberdeen tonight to see a terrible pop group, who will remain nameless. That’s not the issue however… She’s left at 100% SOC and has travelled some 150 miles on the Model 3 without topping up on the way up. So, she’s going to need to charge at some point on the way home. This is one of those times where I’ll be able to say, ‘I told you so!’ as I asked her before but she’s never bothered about charging up her EV, as I usually do it for her. 😄 She’s not got in touch with me yet but I’m expecting a phone call soon,as they are parked on 36% and have to make the drive back home tonight. Same 150 miles. Dundee Tesla superchargers between Aberdeen and Edinburgh are out of action too. Aberdeen ones are en route but not ideal to get down the road fast. Oh dear. Best switch my phone to silent tonight. 🤔😄

Had a look at this and the price for my area has gone from £40pm to £54pm, for just their 200mb service. I’m also not keen on dynamic pricing my home internet, with a months notice of increases either. 🤔 FYI, I’m on a 1Gb fibre line with @Hyperoptic - £39pm which was heavily discounted in my first year and has been flawless. No reason to switch away. Hard pass @Starlink until you can cope with demand and bring pricing way, way down.

I had Star Trek TNG throughout my teenage years and beyond. It made a huge impression on me early on and it was my go to through some difficult times. Gutted that @SirPatStew has passed. What a man, what a life. ❤️

Budget day. With a Model 3 and a Model Y charging at home, I'm watching two things: what happens to the 3p-a-mile EV charge planned for 2028, and whether VAT on public charging finally comes down for drivers who can't plug in at home. Chances?
