Charlet Reed 2027

I am blessed and beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to further my academic and athletic career at the University of Connecticut!! 💙🤍 First and foremost, I want to thank the Lord because none of this would have been possible without Him. I’m so grateful for every opportunity He has given me and everyone He has placed in my life. Thank you to my travel coaches, Coach Jon and Coach Kir, for everything y’all have taught me and every opportunity you’ve given me. I’ve been blessed with so many amazing coaches throughout my career, and I’m forever grateful for each of you! To my parents, thank you for every sacrifice you’ve made and every early morning, late night, and long drive. Mom, thank you for always catching my bullpens and throwing front toss to me, no matter what time it was. I truly wouldn’t be here without y’all. To my teammates, thank you for being the most amazing people and for always pushing and supporting me. I couldn’t have done any of this without y’all! To my sisters, thank you for always coming to my games and being my built in best friends who have been there with me through it all. And to my grandparents, thank you for always showing up and supporting me. A special thank you to my 91-year-old great grandma for always being there for me and cheering me on. You are my reason to keep going on the hard days, and I’m so thankful you get to be a part of this journey with me. ❤️ Lastly thank you to Coach V, Coach G, Coach Mack, Coach Ellie, and Coach Syd! Thank y’all for allowing me this amazing opportunity and for believing in me!! I’m so grateful for everyone who has helped me get to this point, and I cannot wait to continue this journey at the University of Connecticut. I can’t wait to call Storrs home! 🐺💙🤍 GO HUSKIES!! 🐺💙🤍 @UConnSoftball @CoachVUCONN @ggotgame45 @CoachMacUCONN
