Displayed are 4 out of the 10 INF categories I like to track for our guys in game. Each GB is tracked by 10 categories; as a defense, we can work to target schemes, deficiencies, & areas of strength based on the data and film collected.
Data + film = π
Infield work with @zachdezenzo (Astros) and @matthewmajorr (Tulane Commit). Two studs getting after it! π₯
All about attention to detail with big leaguer Vinnie Pasquantino (@VPasquantino).

PREP TIMING
1) The βdescentβ of our prep landing should take place at point of contact or as ball crosses plate. This gives us best chance to read/react to GB.
2) When we are slightly late with our prep, we can hit the ground and drive off the R or L foot at immediate impact.

Reminder: FIELDING on-the-run doesnβt necessarily imply weβre forced to THROW on-the-run.
GOALS:
1οΈβ£ Develop comfort in securing the ball in your highest gear
2οΈβ£ Develop the body control to set and gather your feet thereafter

The most important events in life are the connections we make. When we take the time to go deeper with others, even a stranger, thatβs when the magic happens, the unexpected, we learn, we are inspired, we are surprised, we find a friend. Your closest friend was once a stranger.

"Early in my career, I used to think of players as assets...I used to think of teams as portfolios.
The truth...is that a player's character matters
The heartbeat matters
The player's impact on others matters
The tone he sets matters."
