The question is, “Why haven’t they been charged yet?” They’re making unlawful & unconstitutional arrests. This is fucking anarchy!

I hope somebody or some organization is cataloguing the identities of these violent thugs so the next administration can imprison them.

Yes they should be charged. Face masked men cannot be allowed to roam the streets, pulling citizens from their vehicles and beating them for no reason. There is no badge in the US that gives you that right.

ICE agents are psychopaths. No normal human would do this to other human beings.

I just can’t watch these anymore. How can anyone be ok with this? I am so disappointed in those who claim to be good people. They choose a fat, greedy, pedo, rapist over good people being plucked from their cars, jobs, off the street. 💔💔💔💙🗽🇺🇸💙

Yes. They should face all charges. They are not immune to prosecution.

ICE will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS defend/justify the illegal and immoral activities of its agents. They have a scripted excuse for just about anything- ‘the car came at me’, ‘I was in fear for my life’, ‘she refused to follow directions’, ‘he interfered with agents’. GTFOH.

Their default seems to be to assault people immediately, claiming lack of cooperation. It's obscene.

Of course they'll justify it, till 3rd party footage come out, but they will just hide with their masks and blend in, avoiding prosecution

Incident details: On October 22, 2026, in Donna, Texas, ICE agents in tactical gear stopped Jose Reyes (U.S. citizen born in Joliet, Illinois) while he drove with his pregnant wife and 1-year-old daughter; video shows agents pulling him from the vehicle, restraining him on the ground amid his claims of citizenship. Reyes' account: He says agents mistook him for another individual, ignored his repeated statements of being American-born, and used force including knee strikes to the ribs and an elbow to the head, causing him to briefly lose consciousness before releasing him after ~10 minutes of radio verification. Broader context: ICE justified the actions as necessary due to the driver's alleged refusal to comply and obey orders during an enforcement operation; the event fuels debate over use of force, mistaken identities in immigration stops, and whether local charges against federal agents are warranted.
