2/3 Don’t rush the meal! ⏰ Giving children enough time to eat and digest is key. When they’re not rushed, they can appreciate their food more and stay mindful of what they’re eating. It’s all about slowing down and enjoying the moment. #LACA_UK

3/3 Choice is key. Children love having options. Offering colourful salads and fruits (or even letting older ones help serve) gets them involved and makes mealtimes more fun. More choice means more enjoyment. 🌱
