@Airtel_Presence @airtelindiay My wife went to the US 8 days back. Before the flight she recharged with an IR pack worth 2999₹. The sim card which was active and working well in India stopped working when she reached the US even with an active IR pack and roaming turned on.

She has been trying to sort this through the chat option in the Airtel Thanks app but no agent is actually helping. The duration of stay is 30 days and 8 days already wasted now without any benefits from the recharge. Prompt assistance is required on this.

What's the use in getting an update after Father's day is over. If you can somehow assist immediately and arrange a replacement, please revert to this immediately and get it done. Else, arrange for a refund and acknowledge the same so that I can order cake from a different outlet

Sent an email. Got a reply after more than 24 hours which said the refund is initiated. I never asked for a refund. I wanted the battery and installation to be completed. Mentioned the same in the mail and replied. No response after that.

@SamsungIndia Pathetic service from you. I bought this AC in Feb 2023 and this water leaking issue started within 2 months of purchase. In the first one year I complained thrice. Each time the technician came and seemed to do something to repair it but never fixed the issue.

they tried to contact me on the given number mentioning a wrong one. I replied to that mail mentioning my correct number for which I got a response saying I didn't respond to their call. But the take is they again mentioned the wrong one.

They said the query was closed as there is no response from my side. How do you expect me to respond when I never got any call even after I corrected the mistake in the mobile number. Looked like they never wanted to help.

@SamsungIndia My AC indoor unit constantly leaks water. It's been 1.5 years since I bought the AC and within the first one year I had complained thrice but only once an engineer came but even he didn't fix the problem completely.

Now when I try to call an engineer he says he will charge me to fix the issue as it is beyond one year since I bought the AC. The problem started on the 5th month of buying the AC and it has not been fixed. So I believe it is Samsung's responsibility to fix it for me.

I tried to check the status of the order in the Jio website. It redirected me to call 18008899999. I called and a person Aashika spoke. She was extremely rude and told me she was not able to check any details for me. Very poor service. Not expected from JIO

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got a new prepaid sim card delivered to my address about 5 days. The guy who delivered the sim did the E-verification and left saying the sim was active and I only had to recharge.

I visited an Airtel store to get this sorted. They told me (after checking the guy's details) they were not able to help me because the person who gave me the sim is the only one who can activate that number and he is a channel partner and doesn't come under any Airtel store.
