The previous World Champion GM Ding Liren interestingly doesn't have the least performance. While the Reigning Champion GM D. Gukesh seem to have managed the pressure exceptionally well with a solid 92%

Nodirbek Abdusattorov 🇺🇿 is the Champion of Tata Steel Chess Masters 2026! Playing brilliantly throughout the whole tournament, Nodirbek finished it off with two clutch wins in the last two rounds - beating Matthias Blübaum in Round 12, and taking down Arjun Erigaisi with the Black pieces in the final round today! Nodirbek scored an amazing 9/13 points. The Uzbekistan no.1 player and Former World Rapid Champion lost just one game in the entire tournament, drew 6 games and won 6 games! A huge congratulations to Nodirbek Abdusattorov for this incredible performance. He is World no.5 right now with a live rating of 2770.5 - gaining a massive 19.5 rating points at Wijk Aan Zee!
