South Africa letting the Aussies and Pat off the hook here with some awful batting.
The tale of two sessions, this is a 450+ deck.
Good captaincy this. 🤕
Send in team on a road because you are worried about your batting line up now bowling spin and trying to bounce out the openers within an hour.
Horrific stuff.
So we bowled first to protect our batting order right?
Interesting captaincy at the highest level of cricket in a series decider.
8 players (On his team!) had more boards than the 6 foot 10 Jazz C Jaren Jackson.
He’s really an embarrassment to tall basketball players.
This is very concerning.
Port Adelaide captain Connor Rozee has travelled to England to work with a hamstring specialist who treats Premier League players as he ramps up his recovery from the serious injury that ended his season.

Big get for the Eagles W 🦅
Collingwood AFLW captain Ruby Schleicher will leave the club at the end of the season and is expected to join West Coast, @RileyBev reports.

Good deal TBH
Matt Clarke has done really well. That’s a steal for Rivers IMO
Jack Viney and Trent Rivers are heading to the West Coast Eagles, per Ryan Daniels ✅

What a stinker of a deadline for the trade radio crew.
Viney and Will Mac the big deals we are waiting on
Don’t know why we don’t give the batting order a good hit.
We have ODI cricket from Allan Border Field today!
To end the series, Australia have won the toss (again) and will bowl (again) v Bangladesh #AUSvBAN
Couldn’t beat that as the Eagles.
Wonder if any other options to get back in.
Good deal for Port
🚨 Richmond has secured Port Adelaide's pick No.5 in a trade. Deal is DONE and will be processed this afternoon, giving the Tigers picks 2 & 5.
Tigers get: Pick No.5
Port gets: Richmond's 2027 Rd1 pick, 2027 Rd2 pick, 2027 Rd4 pick and pick 22 this year.

Have we ever seen such a small list turnover for such a rubbish team as what west coast are implementing this year?
And that’s with extra list spots.
Baffling stuff
So they won’t take anything under 15? Tom Morris?
North Melbourne has lodged its first offer for Nick Blakey and Sydney has turned it down.
The Roos tabled pick No.6 for Blakey, with other later picks involved, but the Swans have made clear they won't be accepting the offer.

Explain why Maddinson was opening after we had Renshaw doing that last test hahaha. Honestly talk about piling him with pressure.
I’m not against getting Rivers but should not be giving away 21.
Have to get back into the first round as well.
Trent Rivers to @WestCoastEagles remains a good chance, but still some boxes left to tick.
Expect pick 21 to be involved in the deal.
Jack Viney situation not necessarily linked, but if things come together could be involved in the same deal.
Viney cost likely a late pick, depending on who pays bulk of salary.
Another x for the Eagles. Would have been cheap and filled a need (and given him ample opportunity)
I expect this deal to get done. Butler to GC after he flies up as early as tomorrow to QLD.
It’s about opportunity for Butler. 8 senior games this year and 33 overall.
@7AFL @1116sen @7NewsMelbourne
North should be all in on this
Geelong: Board meeting will determine approach for Blakey. Lack of draft capital an issue. Swans preference is anyone but Cats.
St Kilda: Has had interest for 4+ weeks. Not sure it’s reciprocal.
Essendon: Obvious Longmire/Mcveigh connection & 💰.
North Melbourne: Keen & Blakey open to it, though prefers Geelong.
GC: Blakey keener on them than Suns are on him. Wouldn’t use King compo for Blakey & GC don’t plan on splitting the pick either. ❌ won’t happen.
Outcome: He will leave if a club board is prepared to take on the potential legal risk. Sydney will demand a reasonable price, but it will be far less than his playing CV would ordinarily suggest.

Andrew Bassat to Rowan Marshall “don’t worry mate we will trade you next year for a fair deal.”
Ok we want a first rounder and Lawson Humphries 😂😂😂🤣
There is so so much smoke and things being played here.
Sounds like Miers will end up at the Eagles and Pickers is pushing his price up (which is fine)
Tom Morris this morning he’s not interested in going to WCE 12 hours later hmm I wonder if he will end up there?..

Jack Viney will have a medical with Essendon over the weekend as the Bombers step up their interest in the Melbourne premiership midfielder.
Viney spent a few days in Perth this week at West Coast but is still weighing up his decision.
