He’s now been indicted on 10 felony counts related to alleged possession of child sexual abuse material. Investigators say they found multiple files on his devices.
He posted $75,000 bond and was ordered into home detention.

601 were sent to Panama.
380 to El Salvador.
331 to Colombia.
299 to Mexico.f

The records identify destinations different from the children's recorded citizenship.
BUT HERE'S WHAT WE STILL DON'T KNOW:
How many were unaccompanied?
How many were sent under third-country deportation agreements?
And what safeguards ensured they were received safely?
The records don't answer those questions.
Meanwhile, The Marshall Project reports more than 22,000 child deportation events through August 6, 2026.
