70 tests, 120 teammates, a handful of wins and 12 months later.. it's been quite a year. Thanks to everyone who made 2024 such a blast.

maybe having greninja still around in the community is actually a boon at this point, because seeing some male ccs repeatedly out themselves as not seeing the mistreatment of rape victims as a big deal is quite useful for knowing who shouldn't be fully trusted with their platform

I hope Noxcrew will apologise to Mel, even if bridges are burned. She put MCC testing on her back and was a positive force throughout the community - any idea that a few private tweets were deserving of this response is a frankly ridiculous exaggeration. Everyone is with you ❤️

no offense but why did the host just spend multiple minutes showering sandwich and pangi in praise and not even address aimee's 1v4..? why did they have to mention it themselves

The growth of things like "Event ELO" tracking stats for every single event and player is a bad sign for the community. No option to opt out, and it's so present in the community you really can't ignore it. I think it's going to really hinder how people play and enjoy events

I think it'll be a similar situation to the shift in the community when tierlisting became a big deal in MCC. Stronger players dealing with more pressure and not being able to play for fun, weaker players being driven out/upset/feeling like they have to do better.
