@NatWest_Help I registered with you as part of the transfer process from Sainsbury's credit card. Your online banking isn't accepting the passcode & password I set up, I can't follow the reset process as the credit card number isn't on your system, never received a setup email.

Your process is flawed until the Sainsbury's accounts are on the system. I effectively have a card I won't be able to use until your system is updated as part of the password reset.
