Three paths to equity tokenization are emerging: 1. Regulated tokenization: Existing stocks are tokenized with shareholder rights preserved. Under the new US framework, companies can opt out of tokenization. 2. Third-party tokenization: Tokens are issued without the involvement of the underlying companies, often through offshore providers. Investors rely on third parties to hold the backing shares. 3. New equity issuance: Previously private equity is brought onchain in partnership with the companies, potentially making it accessible and tradable for a broader investor base.

I bought a starter position in $UNI for €2k. To me, UNI could be one of the most obvious winners of the tokenization wave as the leading DEX. I think the recent rally from $2.4 to $11 was the first leg in this bull market and it can see much higher prices in 2027/28.

After my recent research on airports, I decided to buy into Fraport 🇩🇪. I had already been watching the chart for an entry since the beginning of the year, and it finally came down to €60, which is a multi-year support/resistance zone. The valuation is rather low because they invested a huge amount of money into airport expansion over the past few years and now have a lot of debt. However, this investment phase is now largely over, and they are looking to deleverage, which should become easier as their free cash flow increases significantly. You can see the potential for a re-rating by looking at the numbers. The stock is trading at 1.08x book value and 1.24x sales, while many other airport stocks are trading at 3-4x book value and sales. The CEO also confirmed that they intend to raise the dividend substantially once they have paid down some of their debt. Potential multi-year hold for me.
