👏 The CA Supreme Court’s decision to remove this anti-democratic measure from the November ballot ensures our government is for the people and by the people and not limited to only those who can pay for it.

#CABudget Update: In broad terms, the April early action deal is a reasonable approach to *partially* closing the state budget shortfall while protecting ongoing funding for critical services.

Great reminder that #CABudget numbers aren't set in stone:
➡️@LAO_CA & @CAgovernor forecasts vary due to different methodologies, assumptions, etc.
➡️Estimates are just that — estimates — and will always be "off."
➡️Yes, things will look different in May!
