Clients, please make sure to look into artists you're going to commission. Artists will never DM you randomly. Artists will never offer their services on posts that have nothing to do with art comms. If you see "DM me I need to talk w/ you," block them immediately.
I think the reason why so many clients have to deal with artists ghosting them is that artists who are reliable simply have little reach.

Ghosting someone, it will be liked shared and commented. Reliable work is not attractive to the algorithm because it is without drama. You commission, you get your artwork, everyone is happy.
