Q: What the state of play is with COTI. My tokens are currently on MM but I don't see any activity on MM for this token or any price action for that matter. I'm concerned that I may have missed some information on moving the tokens elsewhere or keep them in MM….???

Binance has allocated US$6.34 billion of its own corporate funds to the User Fund. In the current User Fund, BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC have all achieved 100% full reserve backing. We will continue to purchase other altcoin assets that are not yet 100% matched through market and over-the-counter (OTC) channels until the replenishment ratio for all tokens reaches 100%.
We completed a new Proof of Reserves snapshot at 08:00 (UTC+8) on October 31, 2026, and have updated it on the Proof of Reserves website. This snapshot presents the latest fully verified asset position and is part of our ongoing commitment to transparency. Because generating zero-knowledge proofs requires substantial computing resources, it is expected to take approximately 40 to 50 hours. If you hold any of the aforementioned ten tokens, you can independently verify, once the complete proof is generated, that your assets are backed by at least 1:1 full reserves. The complete proof is expected to be published on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (UTC).

19.8M COTI moved from wallet 0x34a1…dea01 back to 0x25f1…7bb1, the wallet that funded it in 2M batches since mid-October. Only about 1.24M of that supply had gone to a Binance deposit. The rest has now been returned.
What it means: this is unused inventory going back to its source wallet. It isn't an exchange deposit and it isn't a sale. If anything, less COTI is now sitting one hop from Binance.
COTI V2 was quiet, and the V2-ETH bridge balance is unchanged.

Oct 30, 10:39 UTC: 147.2M COTI was consolidated into one wallet (0x2933…4625) in a single block:
• 83.0M from 0x6f32…12a8
• 64.2M from 0x1C02…78fc
These wallets have moved large amounts between each other since April, which looks like one owner moving coins into storage. The owner isn't identified. The coins didn't go to an exchange or the bridge, and nothing has moved onward yet.
What it means: LIQUIDITY. On-chain this looks like an internal consolidation, not a sale. No new supply was created. We'll post again if the coins move onward.
