September 11 — A Message from Our Chairman Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11 and honor the extraordinary courage of those who responded in a time of unimaginable need. At Humanity First USA, we believe that remembrance calls us to something greater—to stand together, support one another, and choose kindness, service, and unity. May we honor those we lost by continuing to build bridges, extend a helping hand, and uphold our shared humanity. May we continue to serve. ❤️ A Gift of Gratitude in the Aftermath When an earthquake brings chaos, destruction, and uncertainty, the smallest acts of kindness can carry the greatest meaning. During Humanity First USA’s disaster response in Colombia, our Disaster Relief Team worked alongside local partners and community members to provide much-needed assistance to families affected by the crisis. Freddy who transported the team daily for 10 days, and his wife, Ana, created a special gift to express their appreciation for the volunteers who had come to help. 🇨🇴❤️ It was more than a gift—it was a heartfelt reminder that humanity goes both ways. Our teams arrive to serve, but they often leave with something just as powerful: gratitude, connection, and memories that last a lifetime. 🤝 Serving humanity. Building bridges. Sharing kindness—especially in the moments when it matters most. WATCH THE VIDEO! Hunger is closer than many people realize. In the United States today, nearly 48 million people live in food-insecure households, meaning they don’t always know where their next meal will come from. That includes over 14 million children facing hunger across the country. Rising grocery prices, inflation, and the cost of everyday essentials have made it harder for many families to keep food on the table. Today, about 1 in 7 American households struggles with food insecurity, and millions experience days where meals must be skipped because there simply isn’t enough money for food. This Ramadan, the Fast2Feed campaign supports the food pantries and distribution centers of Humanity First USA across America—helping families facing hunger with nutritious meals and essential supplies. Your support can help ensure that no family has to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table.🌙 Donate today and turn your fast into hope for someone in need: humanityfirstusa.org/fast2fe… #Fast2Feed #EndHunger #FoodSecurity #HumanityFirst #RamadanGiving #FightHunger #ServeHumanity
