After celebrating the Most Powerful Women in Banking in New York as the guest of the incredible @JillCastilla, I reflected on the lessons from Mercy High School and Randolph Macon lacrosse that shaped my career: life is hard enough, so we have to support one another. In banking, law, and policy, women still too often find themselves the only one in the room.
