City of Cleveland Cooling Centers Will Be Open This Week.
With high temperatures on the way, the City of Cleveland is opening several recreation centers to serve as cooling centers for residents on Monday, July 28, and Tuesday, July 29, from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
