A lot of teams having troubles dealing with certain personalities in a team, maybe this will help.
Number 1 rule I enforce in my teams is:
- if you want to critisize your teammate, the only ecceptable way for player should be in a sense of "What do you think about doing this next time?" And u never talk about fucked up sprays/shots or obvious missplays
This way you avoid "what the fuck are u dooing?" Kind of convos
This way you will actually help if u know a way how to do it better.
This way u suggest, not demand. (People might actually hear you instead of turning on defence mode)

When I was in conversations about joining this team, I had doubts about you as a person based on how you acted in your previous teams. I got told you wouldn鈥檛 be like that here, and I decided to give it a chance and try.
As a player, you鈥檙e amazing and really talented, you feel the game in a special way. All of us know that about you. But as a person, you were impossible to work with to the point where you wasted other people鈥檚 time, ruined practices, fully shut down in official matches because of your ego and made comments that hit people on a personal level - something a good teammate doesn鈥檛 do. I鈥檝e never experienced anything like that before.
After the decision was made to bench you, none of us said anything bad about you publicly. We didn鈥檛 want to damage your reputation because we still had respect for you as a talented player.
Your tweet after our loss just confirmed that you鈥檙e still the same immature person I feared I鈥檒l be teaming up with, following the same pattern of behavior we saw when playing together. All the best to you.
