Cleaning Ventures Ltd

Most of the year nobody looks up at a shop canopy and then the Christmas lights go up, and suddenly everyone is looking up. 👀 If you haven't yet thought about cleaning your store prior to the busy season get in touch for a quote cleaningventures.co.uk/ #WeDontCutCorners

After builders cleans for @CostaCoffee at Manchester Piccadilly and Newark train stations on behalf of A Pollick Ltd. Thanks to Pollicks for having us on both projects. We don't cut corners, we clean them!

We’ve just finished the builders clean on a @Lovisa in Norwich, our second Lovisa in a few weeks, after High Wycombe. People sometimes assume that because we're based in Manchester, we only work in the North West but we don’t. We don't cut corners, we clean them!

Jet washing isn’t the most glamorous thing we do, but it’s been keeping my team busy. Over the last few weeks we've been been out on a handful of our contracts doing the external stuff. Like the paths, playgrounds, ramps, entrance steps and paving. We don't cut corners!

We were asked to take the graffiti off a building in Manchester. We're pleased with how it came out, and my team did a great job. If you’re looking after a building that’s had the same treatment, contact us cleaningventures.co.uk/

Before Pete set up Cleaning Ventures, he never once wondered who cleans supermarket trolleys. Turns out now that sometimes it's us! We have lost count of how many trolleys we've cleaned, especially for @AldiUK and we wonder if they know how many trolleys they even own? 😀

Nice to see this one finished. 🩸 We completed the builders clean at the new @GiveBloodNHS Donor Centre at 1 St James Square, working alongside @Workspacedb. Thanks for having us involved and well done to our team who put the hours in. #WeDontCutCorners

It's been a busy few weeks with @AldiUK. Our team handed handed over new stores in Cardiff, Wigan, Manchester, and Telford, back-to-back. This has meant a lot of 5am starts where our work involved high-level cleaning, floor poslishing and and jet washing the outside areas.

If you're running a refresh programme across a number of retail stores, we're happy to price the builders cleans together so you've got a fixed cost per site from the start. Get in touch for a quote cleaningventures.co.uk/

Oil stains. Chewing gum. A car park that needed atttention. Our team went in with the jet washers after the site closed for the evening, no disruption to trade, no cars in the way, and had it looking brand new by the morning. That's the difference a proper jet wash makes.

We've been providing after builders cleans for over a decade and the jobs that go smoothest are always the ones where cleaning gets planned in early not bolted on at the end. If you're a contract manager juggling handover dates, get us in the plan early. #WeDontCutCorners

Post-construction cleans are never just "give it a hoover and a wipe down." Have you got a fit-out or refurb coming up to completion? Get in touch for availability and a quote - cleaningventures.co.uk/ We don't cut corners, we clean them! #WeDontCutCorners

We're not going to pretend a photo tells the whole story, but it does most of the talking. This is the kind of difference we're aiming for on every after builders clean. It doesn't matter if it's paving, glazing, brickwork or a car park, the job's not done until it looks done.

Someone asked last week if we "only do office cleans." No we don't. We do trolley cleans, chiller cleans, cladding, canopies, chewing gum removal, graffiti, gutters, render. If it needs cleaning on a commercial site, chances are we've already done it somewhere in the UK.

August was a proper school run for us! We had them out prepping schools for the new term in Kensington, Marple, Romiley, Crosby and Kendal. Five sites, five different corners of the country, all with the same job: get everything spick and span before the kids came back.

Just renewed our Safe Contractor @alcumusgroup accreditation valid through August 2027. Proof our H&S is properly assessed, covering working at height, MEWPs, and chemical handling on site. We don't cut corners, we clean them. #WeDontCutCorners #SafeContractor

Another one done and dusted ☕ Blyth got a brand-new @CostaCoffee drive-thru and last Tuesday we handed over the keys ready for launch. Site was spotless - kit was in our team handed it straight back walking away happy. We don't cut corners, we clean them. #WeDontCutCorners

We handed a Lovisa Jewellery store High Wycombe over last Tuesday, fresh off the back of an after builders clean. Another one ticked off for the team, and another retailer who can walk into a finished space instead of a building site. #WeDontCutCorners #Lovisa

Canopies are one of those things nobody thinks about until they look up and see just how grubby they've become. Years of weather, algae and general city grime build up fast, and it's usually the customers who notice before anyone else does. We don't cut corners, we clean them.

Here's what @AldiUK @manarndale store looked like a few weeks ago & closed to the public for a month. We completed a full clean once the shopfitters had been then once the store was stocked we came back for the builders clean and final sparkle. Congrats on your reopening today!
