DO NOT
FORGET
ABOUT
GARDE
DONT
DO IT
AGAIN
- Moved across country and found a new home with @flightclubult
- flew to 5 different cities for coaching and observing
- worked with Formats Group for next step in series scheduling
- Almost got to eject a coach after being repeatedly cursed at while observing
Yeah you can't delete a tweet and say "my bad" for coming after one of the most successful and inspiring programs that Black ultimate players have built. Black players deserve more opportunities to be uplifted and showcased. Get outta here with "controversy"
Ah yes, Frank relating the ultimate community to Na*is. Gotta love it. Great look for Shredfest and Ultiworld.
I thought we learned our lesson 4 years ago when Frank was on being_ulti and got shut down in a day.
(Removed Quote RT from Frank, nobody should view that account)

We’re excited to announce and welcome our 8th team to the WUL: Colorado Alpenglow! @colo_alpenglow is the first professional women’s ultimate team in the state of Colorado.
FUCK THIS SHIT
"[Overturning Roe causes a] 171-year-old law Wisconsin law that made it a felony to provide an abortion. The law has no exception for rape, incest or the health of the woman."
BURN IT DOWN
Fun fact! If all 137 people who liked this tweet volunteered for a youth, college, or club regional coordinator, USAU would STILL have vacant positions available. Maybe an @Ultiworld reporter can make an article on why volunteers are burning out (hint, takes like these).
Hey @USAUltimate D3 nationals starts in five days and some of us coaches like to thing about who we are playing ahead of time. Any chance we could get pools? Or are you too busy planning world games practice?
MSP is a great team, looking forward to our 8th matchup this year 😘
Are you able to outrun Boo, box out Bowser, and throw the length of the Rainbow Road?? 👻🥏🌈
Share your interest for playing with 🌟Minnesota Star Power🌟 this summer!

I always try to sponsor a #36, and this year it the fantastic @CarolynNormile! Amazing mixed and women's player, I'll wear your jersey with pride!
I'm also matching the donation to @medusaultimate's fundraiser for RAINN, @GUMUltimate, and the @usaufoundation Delrico Johnson Fund
3 weeks and no response from @MonarchsMKE or @PremierUltimate. Looking forward to hearing results from PUL's internal investigation
NoCo players, reminder that we have a free guided class on Thursday on identify signs of abuse, especially as we participate in a mixed gender sport
I am here to forward a message from Ari Nelson (bc they don’t use Twitter) and this shit needs to be addressed and seen. Follow @ arijade1 on Instagram for the original. @MonarchsMKE @PremierUltimate just do one thing right good god
This is fantastic body control and awareness to avoid contact.
.@UNC_Darkside's Eli Fried gets a massive layout block that leads to a Rutledge Smith score and a tie game. #USAUltimate #USAUCollegeChamps
Wish I didn't go on twitter today. You want better observers? Pay for them. Pay for trainings, pay for our weekends. TD (not natties) offering $100 for 16 hours of work (not including travel) And shocked when observers don't choose to work it?
Pay your workers.
There's an observer shortage because observers are treated poorly. 4 observers for US Open?? So after 7 rounds of being on every single point, now I have to be on my A game for the championship. Plus reviewing film, training, rule scenarios.
Pay better, you'll get better.
