Every young coach should listen to this clip.
The grind is the grind. There are no shortcuts. Break down the film. Coach the little things. Ask questions, take feedback, and come back better the next day.
A lot of the work that makes you a better coach happens when nobody’s watching. Do it anyway.

Your kid isn't too talented for NAIA.
Your understanding of NAIA might just be too limited for your kid.
Good morning.

SOME OF MY WORST COACHING DECISIONS CAME FROM THINKING I WAS RIGHT.
Changed a scheme. Adjusted a philosophy. Listened to an assistant.
Sometimes the biggest adjustment isn’t on the field. It’s checking your own ego.
Coaches, what’s ONE thing you believed early in your career that you completely disagree with today? ⚓️

Just because the coach doesn’t play your child doesn’t mean they dislike them. A coach can care deeply about your child, both as a player and person, without agreeing with your assessment of their talent.
Good morning.
TRAYLOR PLEASEEE
Early buzz is that Baylor is looking for a candidate with deep Texas roots and an offensive background, sources tell @On3.

Last night, the referees kept telling my OL to stop being so aggressive and excessive with their blocks.
I work hard to establish a standard with my guys: Finish every single play!
I’m not telling my guys to ease up. We’re going to play physical, finish blocks, and compete through the whistle!!
If the defensive guys don’t like it, they can work to get off the blocks. That’s football.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Millsap head football coach Jake Johnson following a three-year battle with cancer.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, players, fellow coaches, and the entire Millsap community

Promotion / Relegation soccer is finally coming to America
Starting January of next year, the USL will start its first season with a pyramid structure between its 3 leagues, USL Premier (Division One), USL Championship (Division Two), and USL League One (Division Three), allowing the best performing teams to move their way up in place of teams that finish at the bottom of the league above them
Exciting, no doubt about it. A lot of risk being taken here by those involved, but it should be interesting at the very least to see how the stakes at hand impact the product on the field and the excitement level of each match
A new look. A shared ambition. One United Soccer League.
Rooted in communities across the country. Connected by our love of the game. United by the belief that soccer belongs to everyone.
United for Soccer.
Launching January 2027.
