Today I coached my sons final race. Since elementary, we’ve slowly put pieces to the puzzle together and it ended today at Masters. I couldn’t be any prouder to call you my son and the greatest track and field athlete I’ve ever coached. I love you, son. @MichaelDeTamble – at Moorpark, CA

This week’s @CIFSS cross country rankings were delayed a bit but here they are as we enter another weekend of action before the start of a very robust League Finals week schedule!
At Grit and Grind (CSUSM), missing our numbers 2 and 3 runners, our boys stepped up and won the varsity elite division! Arzek Salgado with his second straight sub-15. These sophomores are killing it!
We’ll get those two back at league 🫡
The record keeps going down!
At Woodbridge, our boys keep pushing our standard to new levels. The night included our programs first sub-15! All sophomores with lots of room to grow.

She said she’d never ask for the “jumpers clap” unless she hit 40 feet. At league finals, our jumps coach started one anyway! She gave him the look 😑 then jumped her first 40 of her career! 40’07 to win league. Malia Strange, you are incredible! CIFss-D3 up next @PrepCalTrack
We are proud to announce that JOAQUIN STERLING, our school record holder in the shot put (59’4) and second in discus 168’5), has committed to throw for UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, RIVERSIDE! @ucrxctf @PrepCalTrack @DesertSunSports
