COACHES: Stop screaming at your players. I don’t care how well they take it. It’s not a sign of their maturity.
Why are we asking the teenager to be the mature one in this relationship?
Why aren't we asking the coaches to lead better?

Louisville Football is mourning the passing of former Cardinals quarterback Marty Lowe.
Lowe played for Louisville from 1991 to 1995, finishing his career with 4,861 passing yards and 27 touchdowns. In 1995, he threw for 2,268 yards and 16 touchdowns while helping lead the Cards to a 7 and 4 season.
A Cardinal forever.
Rest in peace, Marty Lowe.

A bad coach tears people down. An average coach focuses only on results. A good coach teaches skills and systems. A great coach builds confidence and trust. An exceptional coach helps people believe in themselves at a higher level. And the best coaches impact lives long after the scoreboard stops mattering.
