Few more stage photos from Sunday!
Couldn’t have brought a better package to close out the season.
All eyes focusing on 2029 now.
2 year building phase coming up.
Really dawned on me over these last few weeks with my own physique.
I’ve built a really good overall physique over my 16 years of training.
But there’s another few levels we can take it up.
Can really see that being around more elite/world class natural bodybuilders.
The next decade is fucking exciting mate.
Early morning push session loaded up in Madrid.
100g banana and 200g of pineapple down the hatch.
Double espresso in a local cafe.
Training in 20 mins so keeping this snack light to fuel the session.
We are ready to roll.
Here’s something that happens to a lot of people when they get lean.
You’ll start having family members, friends, colleagues telling you “you’re looking to lean” and “you don’t need to diet any more”
I find for the most part it’s wrapped in insecurity on their own part as you’re making them look worse.
You’re sticking to your diet, training, doing your cardio etc.
All stuff they’re not willing to do…so they try and bring you to their level.
Tell them to mind their own business.
Asked a new client for “physique photos” as our start point.
He says “Will do but won’t be pretty”
Doesn’t matter at all where you are now mate.
We just MAKE SURE we improve on this over the next few months.
That’s exactly what we control.
You worrying about someone being “natty or not” is taking away your mental energy from nailing your own fucking process.
Stop behaving like an absolute fanny.
Less chatter…more training like an absolute savage.
SEE WHAT YOU’RE CAPABLE OF.
Single legged leg press.
Now this movement is LEGIT.
First time trying this in a few years as we transition into the off season.
I’m purposely doing this for quad with a lower foot stance to facilitate more knee flexion.
If I wanted a little more glute tie in…I’d move my stance up a touch to get more hip flexion action.
Very versatile movement this one.
Don’t sleep on it!
Met the legend that is @BenjaminYeezus on Sunday at my final show.
Lots of stories coming up when the podcast fires back up next week!
Great day out 🫡
Lot of talk about “binge eating” right now post bodybuilding show.
I’m currently right in this dilemma after stepping off stage on Sunday.
I’ve had no binges at all but hunger signalling is 100% higher than ever.
I’ve had a few good “off plan” meals that were already scheduled with the family.
Enjoying within reason and not taking the piss with things.
Training and steps are still in place etc.
But all my other meals throughout the day have just been the boring staples.
Oatmeal, rice, rice cakes, chicken breast etc.
Packing all our suitcases ready for the trip back home to South America!
First 3 bodybuilding shows done and LOTS of lessons learned.
PCA Naturals we took 2nd place in my first ever show.
WNBF UK Supernaturals we took 8th (learned a tonne from this one)
NBW International we took 6th out of 12 missing out on the top 5 slightly in a stacked line up…but this was my best look/presentation of the season by far.
For my first ever season we’ll take it.
But we WILL get better.
We know exactly what we need to improve on to climb us up the rankings.
No better way to expose your weak points than actually competing and stepping into the arena.
That’s all you can ever do with bodybuilding is nail your own process to be the absolute best you can be.
Big thank you to everyone who’s shown me support on here over the last few months.
You don’t go unnoticed that’s for sure.
Onwards and upwards from here 🫡
You don’t need more “outer quad” mate
You just need bigger quads in general.
Add 3 inches to your quads and see what happens.
Don’t get distracted by nonsense that shouldn’t concern you at your level of muscular development.
The harsh truth.
Today we begin the “recovery phase” that comes post bodybuilding show.
Not sustainable to hang around peeled too long…especially as a natural.
Calories are right up to facilitate recovery.
500-550g of carbs on most days.
Gotta get the body out of the red zone and back to a healthy body fat range.
This phase isn’t spoken about enough but vitally important for a productive off season.
More stage shots yesterday from the NBW International 🌍
Mixing it up with the top 5 here.
Definitely the best package I’ve brought!

Got to meet the legend today and saw him crush his last show of the season.
Honestly. The best condition in class today.
Fought for it every step of the way.
Enjoy some food mate. Great to meet you.
@CoachFHM
Final show done and best look of the season.
We took 6th out of 12 athletes in our first international show.
Now we GROW 🫡
