Oxford, #thesip is coming for you! 🥎🔥
Last time we were here, we finished top 4. Even though we moved up to 16U this fall, the bar is set high! I’m ready to be on the diamond with my teammates and grind! Cheer us on by stopping by to catch one of our games or watching live on GameChanger!

Having an intensive lesson is just good for the soul and a much needed reset. We talked through each pitch, looking at release points, grips and the breaking points. Which helps me understand and feel in moment so I can continue to adjust and grow.
We also talked about the mental side of being a pitcher. The hardships, struggles and battles we face as female athletes and pitchers, being in the right mindset and working to RISE above it constantly. 🔥🥎❤️
