Really proud of the way our guys adapted this spring. Installed a completely new offense in January and asked the kids to learn new formations, motions, techniques, and details fast. What stood out most was how bought in they were from Day 1. The thing I’m proudest of is how organized and disciplined they played: • backs trusting their tracks • OL understanding leverage and landmarks • receivers blocking with purpose • guys communicating and adjusting on the fly Still a lot to clean up and improve, but the toughness, effort, and attention to detail this group showed all spring was impressive.
