Arguably the most important hitting drill for a HS aged hitter: Consistently hitting velocity off the pitching machine! It is the separator! It's the ONLY way to get enough reps facing velocity and quality CB's.

Great coaches don't yell at players just to release frustration and satisfy their own egos. Everything they say, and how they say it, is meant to help their players learn and perform as best as they can.
