Ken Ravizza the absolute GOAT. I used to kid him by saying baseball is 95% physical & 5% mental. His comeback was “ that may be so, but if that’s the case, the 5% mental controls the 95 % physical.”

Shoutout the late @KenRavizza1 The Godfather of the Mental game of Baseball “Confidence is fragile!” “Feeling good is overrated!” The best 20 minutes of your Fall! I studied under Dr. Ravizza at @csuf and it changed my life! @LantzWheeler RIP!

Today is a historic day for Jimmie Athletics. Achieving full NCAA Division II membership is the result of years of vision, commitment, and relentless work from so many people who believed in what the University of Jamestown could become. The work continues, but today we celebrate. #PeopleFirstJimmiesAlways #GoJimmies #NCAAD2
