Important to always realize our Heavenly Father is in control! He loves and cares for us! Raise your worries to Him. #thankyouGod #Togetherwerun

We went to sleep and woke up this morning.
That alone is a reason to thank God.
He kept us through the night. ๐๐พ

#Raiders HC Klint Kubiak talks about his relationship with Jesus Christ.
โI see my identity as a child of God. I know Iโm sitting here because of Jesus Christ. I always go back to the building blocks, and to me, thatโs the Bibleโ

Kirby Smart believes great leaders of any kind must accept 3 costs:
1. Making hard decisions that negatively impact people you care about
2. Being disliked despite attempts to do the best for the most
3. You'll be misunderstood

Ben McCollum won 4 national titles at Northwest Missouri State.
His biggest lesson came before any of them.
Day one, first practice, he walks in and thinks:
"This is what first place feels like."
Not on the scoreboard. In the room.
First-place people work hard โ but it's more than that. There's an edge.
And there's energy.
The guys who didn't make it weren't bad kids. They were just moody. Flat. They took life out of the building.
Culture isn't built by talent.
It's built by people who bring work, edge, and energy every day.
First-place people don't just perform.
They raise the room.

Joe Mazzulla explained why he often credits others rather than himself. Worth a listen:
โI think being a D1 basketball player, you grow up with this sense of entitlement, as if the whole world revolves around you. Andโฆif I wanted to be a better husband, a better father, a better coach, I had to get rid of that type of entitlement.โ
