Fall will forever be my favorite season in South Carolina! After a long week of practicing and recruiting capped by a 6:00a.m. practice this morning I hit the walking trail to reset!
If you haven’t seen South Carolina in October you’d better get here!!

Competing in the Peach Belt Conference (PBC), they offers a competitive D2 basketball environment with an emphasis on player development and academic success. The Patriots do an excellent job recruiting their home state of South Carolina, building strong relationships and keeping local talent close to home. 🏀
Being KIND and being NICE are two ENTIRELY different things! Nice people tell you what you want to hear. Kind people speak the truth in love. It may sting a bit but it’s better for you in the end.

Nebraska volleyball and their fan base needs to be in the conversation as one of the most impressive in all of college sports! Blows me away!! Wow! 🏐
This is inexcusable and someone should be held accountable. She came to the US to live her dream of getting an education and playing college basketball. What are we doing? Prayers for this young woman as she works through the trauma that this has undoubtedly caused!

Spent a little time serving the community at The Boys and Girls Club of the Pee Dee this afternoon! A little skill instruction, a competitive relay and even some Knockout! We won’t tell you who won….and who didn’t!! 😉

Had one of the most surreal moments of my ENTIRE career last night. Jada came home with her team to compete against FMU! Big brother showed up in full gear!!
I still bleed ❤️💙 but for one night it was all about family! Could not love these two any more!
