Thanks, glad you liked it! All the best to you & Ms. Stefani. #TeamBlake
Excellent.
The anatomy of a GREAT assistant coach: 🧠
• Loyalty is non-negotiable.
• First to arrive, last to leave.
• No task is too small.
• Publicly supports, privately advises the HC.
• Poised when the pressure is on.
• Builds deep connections with players.
• Speaks up when it truly matters.
Coaches, what's a key trait I'm missing? 👇

This one is mind blowing folks:
1979 Celtics: 29 wins (-4.7 Net Rating)
Top 5 Minutes Played: Archibald, Maxwell, Cowens, Ford, Judkins
1980 Celtics: 61 wins (+7.5 Net Rating)
Top 5 Minutes Played: Archibald, Maxwell, Cowens, Ford, Bird
With the same core roster, Rookie Larry Bird led his team to +32 more wins, and a +12.2 Net Rating increase. The Legend led one of Greatest single season turnarounds in NBA History... as a ROOKIE!
