You do NOT need to play on a national travel team to get recruited 🥎 I just had a conversation with a family who spent over $1000 for their daughter to play one tournament for a national team half way across the country. She paid all the money and played ZERO innings. Came back with no leads from the showcase and a defeated heart. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes from every type of travel ball program—from the biggest national organizations to small, local teams. And guess what? ✅ Athletes from all levels have committed to play college softball. ✅ Talent and work ethic always find a way to shine. ✅ What matters most is how you SHOW UP and how you MARKET YOURSELF. You don’t need the flashiest schedule or the biggest name across your jersey. You need the right strategy, a strong work ethic, and someone in your corner who understands the process. If you’re a hardworking athlete with dreams of playing at the next level, I can help you build a plan that works—no matter what team you play for. -Coach Jennifer Turner
