Today, the Texas Glory family mourns the loss of our friend, Rickey Richardson. Rickey was the kind of person who made every team, every game, every ballpark, every conversation and every gathering better simply by being there. He gave his time generously, supported young athletes wholeheartedly, and treated people with genuine kindness and respect. His friendship was steady, his encouragement sincere, and his presence felt by everyone fortunate enough to know him. While wins and championships fade with time, the impact of a life well lived endures. Rickey's legacy will be found in the relationships he built, the people he encouraged, and the countless memories shared with family, friends, and the softball community he loved. Our thoughts and prayers are with Michele, his family, and all who are grieving this tremendous loss. Thank you, Rickey, for your friendship, your example, and the difference you made in the lives of so many, including all of us at Texas Glory. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. jones-walkerandson.com/obitu…
