• Great example of how to get someone to buy in. His energy. His attention to detail. His encouragement.
⭐️ That’s the type of coach you want to play for!

“Attention to Detail” — For the past few years, Clemson University Baseball is the only D1 Baseball team that I’m aware of who actually practice lining up for the National Anthem - How to stand. How to honor the 🇺🇸 flag, and when to move in sequence at the end. Details matter!

It’s not about how much bat speed you have, it’s about how short your swing path is & how quick you are to the ball.
Luis Arraez has 63.2 mph avg bat speed, the lowest in MLB. Doesn’t look like he has a slow bat, does it?
Congrats to Nelson Zapata @nelson72254597 being selected as 1st Team All-American! Third All American for @BSC757_BSB in two seasons! Congrats!
From the mound to the plate, excellence was on display all season long. 👏
Congratulations to the 2026 #NJCAABaseball DII All-America selections, presented by @NettingPros ⚾️

This is gold! Reinforcement that you believe in them in high pressure situations resets everything. Calms the nervous system and allows them to process and stay in the moment

My JUCO coach used to say: “It’s not always about mechanics or more reps…sometimes the best thing you can do is stop overthinking and compete.”

Holding people accountable to high standards is nothing to apologize for.
Failing to stretch them to their potential is.

Golden Tempo was in last place and somehow came all the way back to win the 152nd Kentucky Derby. Insane
