It’s been an honor covering you this year. Congratulations @_bryce_young on the Heisman! #RollTide – at Tuscaloosa, AL
Today we had our team building/bonding day! I wish we had more time, but we accomplished a LOT! The brain mapping concept will better as each girl gets more clear on HER goal for this team 🥎
Thanks to @UACoachMurphy for introducing the word #Mudita at the
@NFCAorg Coaches Clinic in Chicago, along with the video and story of Brittany and Jaz in Anatomy of a Teammate and the Who I Am intervies 😭! I believe the team felt them, and that's what it's about. This generation needs to connect and I'll do my hesrtfelt best to do that!
I didn't get to talk about #EnergyVampires or culture as much as I wanted... but we are new aad there's time 🥎
They now UNDERSTAND how contagious energy can be, and it goes both ⤴️ways⤵️.

Planning a team-building event this weekend and I just learned something new! Energy vampires - a player whose attitude sucks the life out of a team. Wondering if I should intro the term to my 14U girls this weekend? @c_hen83 ?
My gut says YES!

I took my team for pre-season hitting clinic and it was pure quality!
I am sure I learned as much as they did 🥎. Always a student of the game means always willing to learn. Thanks Bryan! @AllAspectsBryan

Our first hitting clinic of the season and the team is watching the action before their turn! Lots learned & nice to hear reinforcement of what I've been teaching, plus chalk talk. Thanks @AllAspectsBryan we are looking forward to the next time! #fundamentals #practiceforprogress
