NFL WEEK 7: THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE FILM!
I’m breaking down the good & bad plays from this past weekend in the NFL! We’ll dive into defensive techniques, coverages, schemes, eye discipline, leverage, & the little details that make a BIG difference on game day.
LET’S TALK BALL!
With Bull playing nickel & some safety, we put major emphasis on crossover running, hips, and the ability to break 135° out of a pedal. Now we’re seeing those drills come to life on game day!
PERFECTING THE CRAFT! Hips looking FLUID AS HELL! ND! 😂

Y’all can do all that talking, but THE EYE IN THE SKY DON’T LIE! 🎥😤 Putting that 💩 ON TAPE and putting the WORLD ON NOTICE! Let the film speak for itself. Stop playing!!! 🗣️💯 #StrappinSeason 🔒 #colorado @RJFutureProCO23 @CKFBAcademy

Defensive backs, you HAVE to have great eye discipline—especially at the top of the route.
Stop getting caught staring at the qb! Find the wide receiver first, stay disciplined with your eyes, & drive to the receiver.
Eyes right. Feet right. Break right. #StrappinSeason
