I used to think that life was about my personal success. But in reality it’s about your Impact on others success.
Always use drills that show up on film. Vice Drill in action. #BuiltBytheA #PlayoffsfortheA.

I was watching a high school game with a coach from a P4 school. He was recruiting a great receiver. The QB threw a pick and the receiver didn’t even try to make a tackle. He jogged a few steps then stopped. The P4 coach said, “that’s all I need to see.” Don’t let a lack of effort get you taken off the board.
A young man taking advantage of his opportunities. #BuilttheA

🚨🚨MUST WATCH🚨🚨
#Titans head coach Robert Saleh gave one of the most INCREDIBLE explanations of defensive football youever hear during a press conference.
For nearly 7 minutes, Saleh broke down his defensive philosophy, why his system is so difficult to master, and how it produces ELITE defenses.
He discussed learning from Pete Carroll, Vic Fangio, and Monte Kiffin, while explaining why understanding an offense is more important than simply knowing your assignment.
Robert Saleh is one of the BRIGHTEST defensive minds in football.
This is a MASTERCLASS in coaching.

A lot of the parents yelling at HS coaches, never donated to the fundraiser, volunteered for Thursday meals, helped the booster club, made a sandwich, sent their kids to training watched any film. NO COACH WANTS TO LOSE.
Wanted to share an email I received this morning. Our program is so blessed to say we are from Alamogordo and this great community. Proud to have such great parents and fans supporting Tiger Football. #FOE #BuiltByTheA

Lasered at 21.5 MPH in the morning. Performed well in the afternoon at a camp. #BuiltBytheA
I had an amazing experience competing and learning from everyone. I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to keeping in touch. Excited to continue building relationships and working toward the next level. @CoachKyleBeyer @CoachCiscoAHS @AaronCisco4 @PrepRedzoneNM
The kid had an hour of workout, sprints, and the weight room. 1 hour practice and still went and performed at a camp. #BuiltBytheA
Had an amazing camp @utep today, shout out to @CoachKSigler @CoachSamSalinas @CoachKyleBeyer and @CoachSWUTEP for the hospitality!

Kyle Shanahan, San Francisco 49ers Head Coach, on the difference between a coach who wants to be liked and one who actually makes you better.
-Every recruit has people telling them they're great right now. That's not coaching
-The best coaches aren't the ones you like most. They're the ones who make you uncomfortable enough to grow

Overprotected kids become unprepared adults.
Dawn Staley nailed it.🔥
You can’t shelter your child from every hard moment and then expect them to handle adversity when it counts.
Hard is the lesson.

Hey @NMStateFootball @NMStateFootball @ENMUFootbal @nmmibroncos @NMHUFootball . This kid has New Mexico ties. A shame if no one reaches out to see if he wants to come home and play ball. Not to mention a player who can play both sides of the ball and is a freak athlete.

Be proud to be an assistant coach. You can be an OC or DC. That still means you're an assistant. Not everyone has the HCDNA. But gosh damn…. Being an ASCoach has changed my life. If you take pride in what you do, what else matters? #ASCoach
Don’t ever compare Dee winters to Dre Greenland again. A QB and never shed a one on one tackle on Greenlaw.
Built By the A! Alamogordo @AlamoFootball is leveling up with a new look for these Tigers. Thank you @CoachCiscoAHS for choosing Au for Alamogordo! We appreciate you. @Alamogordo_AT #Au #CustomizeYourLegacy
