Couldn’t agree more, body make up is extremely important especially with the DI schools. One of the top 3 questions a recruiter or scout will ask a coach, what’s his body make up. A true offseason in the gym, long tossing, with a proper diet and with skill training will separate.

If you're trying to gain weight.
You should weigh yourself on the same day every week.
If you're not gaining 1.5-2.0 pounds per week, you need to increase your calories.
Being underweight is a choice.
Your body is your billboard and your responsibility.
Calories and the weight room will change your career.
