📢Every offense in America at every level of ball will rise or fall to the level of these three things: 👇
1️⃣Quality of their Offensive Line
2️⃣The level of QB Play
3️⃣Ability of OC to Prepare, Make Adjustments, and Fit Offense to the Players

Too many QBs learn to throw routes without understanding the SPLASH DOWN SPACES they attack.
One yard too short or deep can turn a completion into an INT.
Every route has a LID that limits its availability against coverage.

"I think your job as a coach is to create an environment where your players have an opportunity to be successful and then get out of their way.
We're in the solution business. If you're a really good football coach, you are really good at solving problems"
