The Muskie impact reaches far beyond campus! ❤️🖤 Muskie Volleyball, Men’s Lacrosse, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Lacrose and Wrestling helped lead Team Tressel Fitness Challenges at Larry Miller Intermediate School, East Muskingum Middle School, John McIntire Elementary School, and Adamsville Elementary School, bringing movement, motivation and plenty of Muskie energy to students across Muskingum County. Former NFL receiver and Ohio State standout DeVier Posey also helped lead the challenge at LMIS, adding some extra energy to an already special day! 💪 More than anything, the day was about helping young people build healthy habits, confidence and a mindset that will serve them well in the classroom and throughout life. Muskingum Athletics is proud to partner with the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge and looks forward to bringing this impactful program to more schools throughout Muskingum County this fall. #MuskieImpact @TeamTresselFC @WHIZscores @AVCSCORES @MuskingumUniv @MuskieAdmission @DresdenBuzz @SamBlackburnTR @LtGovJimTressel @Orbit907News @OHAthleticConf

The smiles, energy, and excitement in the room said it all. The Team Tressel Fitness Challenge, led by Lieutenant Governor Jim Tressel and former NFL wide receiver and Ohio State standout DeVier Posey, brought an inspiring message to students at John McIntire Elementary in Zanesville yesterday. Our Muskingum University student-athletes were at the heart of the experience, connecting with students and serving as positive role models alongside Muskingum President Dr. Flavius Lilly, Muskingum Board of Trustees member Darrell Hazell ’86, Muskingum Associate Vice President for Athletics Kari Winters ’08, 10G, and, of course, Magnus. More than anything, the day was about helping young people build healthy habits, confidence, and a mindset that will serve them well in the classroom and throughout life. Muskingum Athletics is proud to partner with the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge and looks forward to bringing this impactful program to more schools throughout Muskingum County this fall. #MuskieImpact @MuskingumUniv @WHIZscores @SamBlackburnTR @AVCSCORES @DresdenBuzz @Orbit907News @OHAthleticConf @TeamTresselFC @LtGovJimTressel @NCAADIII
