🏈 THERE'S NO QUIT IN THESE COUGARS! 🧡🖤
After a season filled with heartbreaking finishes, Palmyra is surging at just the right time! 🔥
Friday night's 35-10 road victory over Gettysburg marked the Cougars' second straight win, moving them to 5-4 and keeping their District 3 playoff hopes alive. A postseason berth remains within reach, but will depend on several factors, including results elsewhere.
On Saturday, LebCoSports.com caught up with Head Coach Chris Pavone, who reflected on his team's resilience and determination to keep fighting through adversity.
And while the playoff picture remains uncertain, there are already some milestones worth celebrating!
🏈 Palmyra has clinched its first non-losing season since 2021!
🏈 A Week 10 victory would give the Cougars their first winning season since 2018!
🏈 Friday's victory is also believed to be Palmyra's first EVER win at Gettysburg!
Next up? A road trip to Shippensburg, where the Cougars will look to finish strong and give themselves the best possible chance to extend their season!
🧡🖤 One game at a time. Plenty left to play for!
