Coach P

Be the first in the gym. Stay after practice. Take care of your grades. Build your body. Work on your game when nobody is watching. #ProStarBasketball

Let’s go be great. It’s another day to maximize your potential. Stay disciplined, stay focused, and attack the day with purpose. #ProStarBasketball

Get up and attack the day! It's another opportunity to separate yourself from the competition. Someone is chasing your spot, and someone else is trying to catch you. Stay locked in, keep working, and never get comfortable. Go be great. #ProStarBasketball

If your effort depends on whether you're making shots, you're limiting your recruitment

2027 6’7 240lb Josh Conti from Millbrook HS is going to make some college coach happy, he is an inside/outside load. Pins you inside with his big back side & his jumper out to the 3 is automatic. Has long arms, rebounds out of his area & knows how to play the right way. @JoshConti2027 @CoachJu @millbrookcoachd @MillbrookMBB

2027 6’3 G Nylan Rush is a smooth lefty that creates for himself and others, has a nice floater, consistent J from mid range to 3, athletic around the rim and uses length to cause havoc on defense. @Nyrush22

If 2029 6’5 G AJ Scott gets to his dad’s 6’8 height watch out. He is already put his stamp on this game, getting to his midrange, knocking down open 3’s, while playing in the flow of the offense. Is their a better freshman in NC? @Aj_Scott8

Khaleil Walters with a 6-0 run by himself, a steal & a dunk, a coast to coast drive with a dunk & a grown man tip dunk. Then follows it up with a block. Kid motor is big time. @NCGBBA #fli2026 @WaltersKhaleil

You don't earn a scholarship because of what you can do. You earn it because a coach believes he can win with you. #pro⭐️

Toughness, communication, and consistency travel to every level

2027 G Keyshawn Herring reminds me a little of Kinston great Josh Dawson runs your team, Kinston tough, defends, sees the floor and leads his guys. A little more athletic that Josh but very similar. Something in the water in Kinston. @KeyshawnHerring
