Leadership isn't just meeting the standard yourself.
It's refusing to stand by while your teammates fall below it.
Leadership requires more than setting an example.
It requires the courage to hold others accountable.

So much of Winning and "luck" is created through relationships.
+ Talk to new people everyday
+ Look people in the eye
+ Remember and call them by their name
+ Find common ground
+ Check in on people just because
+ Be intentional
+ Give Value
The more people you talk to the more opportunities you create for yourself.
Everyone knows someone who is the "I know a guy" or the "he knows everyone" type of person. You want to be that person.

One of the greatest advantages you can create for yourself in business and in life, is doing exactly what you know you need to do.
Somethings are as straight forward as they seem.

Advice given to me once…….
Coaches remember....... Coaching is your ministry. Somewhere there's a parent praying for their son or daughter to have a coach in their lives that will help lead and guide them and love them like their own.
Be that Coach....

“First you form your habits, then your habits form you,” - Curt Cignetti
Your standards determine what you accept.
Your habits determine what you repeat.
Your discipline determines what you do and how well you choose to do it.
Goals describe the result.
