Southern University has played an FCS, D2, and FBS team this year, and will play an NAIA team this weekend. That's pretty cool, not sure i've ever seen a team play four different levels of competition in a season before.

This is a one off clip, but sparks my thoughts for OL coaches that teach the double under. Double under always looks great when you can get into the chest of the defender unimpeeded. How do you adjust or coach up your guys when the DL is playing longer than you, as is seen in this clip?

OL/DL Coaches (or anyone in Strength and Conditioning) Looking to try and aid some of my guys with improving foot speed. Some are fans of ladder drills, some in favor of jumping rope. What are ways you've found success with, would love to hear from any S&C people about any scholarly sources specifically.
